iOS Question Button Bar above the keyboard

Hi,

Is there a way to put a button bar or navigation bar at the top of the keyboard when its on screen, have been trying to find a way but been unable to.

having a done button at the top of the screen seems to be a stretch for the thumb when using a numeric keypad.
