Android Question Buttons and Anchor

I have one panel.
There are buttons in this panel.
33 pieces.
How does the buttons fail when the screen size changes?
How can it be reconfigured automatically in an equal fashion without overlapping?

There should only be a single view per horizontal or vertical line with the anchors set to BOTH (https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/b4x-anchors-demonstrated.64112/#post-405799).

Specifically in this case you don't need to use anchors. I think that it is better to add the grid buttons programmatically.
The other option is to use percentage in the designer. However it will be a bit cumbersome.

I looked at the components.
I could not use it with Designer.
Now I have to do this:
I edit in Designer as in photos. I also make width, height, spacing settings in the code.
