Wish Can I lock the code folding?

I don't want to see any more codes that I'm not interested in.

Even if IDE ends, I hope I can save the code folding status.

Sometimes, I will fold almost all subroutines but when I create new subroutine on top existing folded ones, they automatically unfold. But it doesn't happen when I put the new routine at the bottom

+1 I've not really taken time to notice what makes subs and regions unfold but seeing them unfold when I don't need them to can be disruptive
