iOS Question Cannot install B4i Bridge App

Hi All,

I am moving from Android to iOS as part of my project, and have a Mac and have gone through all of the install tutorials etc, but I am having problems installing the Bridge App on my iPad mini 5 with iOS 14.4 installed. I get to the stage where I see the big Grey "Install App" in safari, but clicking on makes the button flicker briefly, and then does nothing. I installed Chrome to see if it was a Safari issue, but that does the same thing.

Any ideas what is happening, I am going to try and install on another iPad too

Tried on a second iPad (Pro) and that does the same thing... Guessing it is an iOS 14 issue, but a bit stuck now

Try disable Antivirus firewall (or enable some ports).

All the firewalls are off, it is a Parallels PC running on my Mac, and does not have antivirus.

May I check with you, you have followed the steps to create mobile provisional file and certificate?
In your iPad, you have enable the Certificate Trust Settings (local builder) and install the B4i Configuration Profile?

Yes, I have done all that on both iPads. And I have added the devices to the App and installed the file in the keys folder on the PC...

I think I may have to try hosted builder to see if that makes any difference...

Hosted works fine, must be something on my MacPro, it is bang up to date and probably locking it out somehow.
