Cannot run AVD

I install AVD at C:\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130219\sdk\tools

I confined the path C:\adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-20130219\sdk\platforms\android-8\android.jar

But there is no path to AVD to set up.

When I click Tools>Run AVD Manager , nothing happen.
I have to start AVD from command line.

Would you please be so kind and advice?

You should install SDK at c:\android . (see to Download Tab.)

I use one SDK for multiple IDE, if it possible to move to new location?

I don't think that the problem is in the path. Are you using the latest SDK version?

I use the one that come with ADT Bundle for Windows 64 bit.

I had problem same you. Folder Platforms is empty, run AVD nothing happen
Pls http://qdevarena.blogspot.com/2010/05/download-android-sdk-standalone-for.html for download platform
Copy to C:\android-sdk\platforms. It is done
