I have a Layout in B4J having 1366x768 resolution and it is working well. Now i want to make this same layout in 1920x1080 resolution. Is there is any shortcut method to do this. is it possible with any mathematical formula. Help needed.

Because on higher resolution screen it appears smaller??
1920 \ 1366 = 1.40556
1080 \ 768 = 1.40625
Multiply X (horizontal) pixel positions and sizes by 1.40556 round up to whole pixel.
Multiply Y (vertical) pixel positions and sizes by 1.40625 round up to whole pixel.
(assuming Windows SDK window/dialog and child windows/controls.)
For text multiply font points by 1.4 and round down to a standard size.
For parent size sum the control's pixels and round up to whole pixel. (using original over all multiplied my make window too small)
