Android Question Cleaning the project

Hi Freinds,

I am trying to delete unused files from a project but in Tools-> Clean Files Folders option it says xxx files missing. (In this case they are many)
Is there any way to directly delete unused files from project folders.

Click on the Sync button in the Files Manager tab.

Thanks Erel,

It doesn't do any thing.
Although many a times when design changes in layout do not reflect in debugging, I click on it and then it shows changes.
