Android Question Click event not fired on subform customlistview panel

Hi,

As per attached pdf. I have a main form and subform. In main form is added with customlistview with panels. Each panel having some editText and a label with image as background image option. In the subform also having the same type of objects. The click functions in main form is working fine. But in subform it's doesn't fire the click event. I know the delete object (as highlighted in the pdf) is clicked but any how its doesn't call to the related click function. Any idea what is going on?

It is better to create a small project that demonstrates the problem and upload it (File - Export as zip).
