Shalom Erel,

First I wanna say a HUGE THANK YOU for providing old Basic and then Visual Basic coders like me a WONDERFUL GIFT - which is B4A.

On your next birthday we must get together and present something special for you - as a token of SINCERE GRATITUDE. :)

Please can tell me how to make my Domain into a Server which works with CloudKVS?

Where I can store and then call Data, Pictures and Audio from my App.

תודה

Ah's old school man. Was an Actuary. I code hardcore mathematics in Excel with VB. All this Java is like French to me man. Help me out buddy.

USD 10 if you can guide me step by step.

Erel's DEMO Server works but I want on mine for bigger files:

What are those Digits after "com"? I know NOTHING about Servers man.

Digits after "com" means the port you want to use to retrieve the request... if you don't say the port, by default is 80 for web pages...

Once you get it cased, you won't believe how simple and trivial it is...
Setting up a standard LAMP, with php, JS, HTML and all the supporting files (CSS and others) is a freakin nightmare and a joke.
B4J and supporting frameworks like ABMaterial is nothing less than a priceless gift from above...
I used to be, for years, SO STRESSED above web stuff - hated everything about it. Now however, I can't decide which I like more - creating the mobile apps with B4A or coding the backend server webapp with B4J... Both are rewarding and fun. The best thing about them is: they simply work.
That's my rant and I'm stickin to it.
Thanks

Interesting insight Harris. You're a tinkerer seems like.

But I'm more of a LION - hate nitty gritty work. Like to create and have others execute.

Sitting here when I can be in the gym makes me INSANE!!!!
