Have you looked in the provided link? There is a small icon of a book and the link to the PDF is next to it.

Having the two links next to each other is ambiguous. I didn't bother to try to download as I thought it was a single link pointing to Klaus' German version. I think the links should be separated to make it quite clear there is an English version as well as a German one.
