I have not seen this, can you post a screen shot? As it is an Android Dialog Android should be automatically scaling it to fit on the screen. There is no other way to change the size.

That's because your device in in landscape orientation and there isn't enough screen height to display all the dialog, it should be fine in portrait mode.
