I have an app called Distant Eyes (no longer on Google Play) that uses the camera on one phone to send video frames each second to a second phone for display and to optionally save the bitmap frame to a JPEG file.

Is there a way in B4A to combine all these JPEG files into a single video file – as in MP4 or something? There are free online or download programs that do this. Is there a B4A library or command I can't find that combines a bunch of JPEG's to a single movie file?

(I am using CameraEX and older devices (Android 5 or 6) not CameraEX2)
