Android Question Copy Image File from Cache to Gallery

how to copy a image file from cache (File.DirInternalCache) to Gallery or any other location where my image is shown in phone gallery app. i am updating a old app which used File.DirRootExternal and File.DirInternal to store images file generated by my app. i changed them to File.DirInternalCache.

Don't use File.DirInternalCache. Use File.DirInternal (=XUI.DefaultFolder).

Add to Gallery Code is working.

i have a Quotes maker app which takes image from three sources - camera, inbuilt templates and existing pics. i am able to load image to imageview, edit it, even able to save it.

my other question is
1. what dir location i use for temporarily storing file?
2. can i have my own app folder where image files are stored like Telegram and other app uses. using Add to Gallery Code is saving image to Pictures folder.
