Hi Theera,
just some stupid question: is the Android Virtual Device started and running? Did you wait the emulator to reach the home screen?

I've back to read Klaus'sBeginer Guide again,I found at page 23 and follow as Klaus's guide,I don't see the state of the designer which should be connected.I think that B4A version 2.71 is different coding from B4A version 1.8 which I've ever test this feather.

You don't answer my question !
When you run the Emulator, what do you see on the screen ?
You should explain in detail what exactly you are doing !
If you run an Emulator and run the Designer you must connect them.
Either in the menu Tools / Connect To Device / Emulator or by double clicking on the connection icon.

Best regards.
