Android Question CPU Load Monitoring

Help me in controlling the CPU load. In my project, I encountered a problem that when analyzing data, my Android mobile device crashes due to the heavy load on the processor. What generalized parameter will help me control processor load on different powerful and weak devices.

That doesn't sound right, in what way does it crash? Using a processor at 100% will generate more heat but the CPU should then throttle itself to keep it within safe limits. Just working a device hard shouldn't crash it.
