Android Question Create button in panel with resizeable

Hi, I need to make 30 buttons inside panel view with resizable both veritcal and horizonal. I found example in beginner guide toturial (CH5), it's real good but not exact for my job. I attached pic showing what I need. Thanks

Where and how do you resize the panel ?
How may buttons per line ?
You need to calculate the width and height of the buttons acording to the panel width and height.
