Android Question CSS Margin B4A

Hi,
In my layout can set anchors, but how I can define space around elements inside the panel in B4A? Is present in B4A "css margin" equivalent?

Perhaps a quick und dirty possibility is to add a second litle bit smaller panel on top of the first panel?

Margin is not relevant as you place the controls yourself.
