Android Question Customize Key Board & Dictionary

hey guys... what if I'd prefer my keyboard to load with the Alphabets re arranged... in a way i would prefer?? is this possible...? can it be done?

AND...

Where is the Dictionary?... How can i access it to change the way "Assist Text Words" that appear while we are typing...(through code)

or are we able to download some sort of a T9 English dictionary...
which is in some kinda a list file or db file.. and then make another method(through code) the way "Assist Text Words" appear... according to our preference?

Its called "predictive text"... sorry i've been using "Assist Text Words"

It is not possible to change the keyboard layout.

You cannot choose the dictionary. It is possible to add words to the user custom dictionary.

Consider using SearchView or AutoCompleteEditText instead.
