hey guys... what if I'd prefer my keyboard to load with the Alphabets re arranged... in a way i would prefer?? is this possible...? can it be done?

Where is the Dictionary?... How can i access it to change the way "Assist Text Words" that appear while we are typing...(through code)
or are we able to download some sort of a T9 English dictionary...
which is in some kinda a list file or db file.. and then make another method(through code) the way "Assist Text Words" appear... according to our preference?
