iOS Question Deploy App via Cable instead of WiFi?

We are developing an App which uses the iPhone or iPad Standard WiFi connection to connect to and control a separate hardware device. The App then sends and receives commands via WiFi to the phone or tablet.

Our question: Is there any way to setup the Local Mac Builder (which we have installed on a new MacBook Air) where it can use a Cable connection instead of WiFi to send the App to the iOS Device for testing?

There is no simple solution for this. You will need to run your app in release mode and then switch to the hardware wifi. You can monitor the logs with a local Mac: https://lemonjar.com/iosconsole/
