If you have a local Mac then you can use the simulator without a developer license.
With a local Mac it is also possible to develop an app that will run for a few days on your device. You will need to deploy it manually with Xcode: https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/t...count-to-load-our-b4i-apps.66126/#post-418703 (this is not recommended for "real" development).
