Designer.apk zero length

I am having trouble with the designer.apk. Somehow this file has a zero length and now I can not use the designer. Where can I download a new version of this file. I am a licensed user.

Designer .apk zero length

I don't know why it was zero length, but I did find the Designer.apk at http://www.b4x.com/forum/basic4android-updates-questions/8564-problem-designer-apk.html and downloaded it. This worked. Thanks Erel.
