1: Being able to set the scope of controls to either Public or Private in the "Generate Members" dialog.

2: Being able to set the default border width of all new controls. (For example, I usually change the border width to 0 and it would be nice to set it to be able to set a global value of "0")

3: Ability to change the default width and height of added controls. (For example, I have to change the width and height of the "Made With Love" control every time I add one. It would be nice if we were able to specify a default width/height value in the manifest file.

My understanding is controls should be always private as a good practice (?).
