Android Question Detect if the user is listening to something and/or recording something on their device

Hello,

How can I detect if the user is listening and/or recording something on their device, for example they are listening to and/or recording audio from WhatsApp or watching a video even from any other App? It does not necessarily have to be WhatsApp, that is, I calculate there must be some "state" that says this, it must be generic (that is, the state is triggered by any app on the phone), thanks in advance.
