Android Question DirInternal or DirRootInternal

Let's say if I wanted my saved files to be able to send it to another places, will it be better to do a DirInternal or DirRootInternal?

What do you mean with "send it to another places"? How are you sending it?

For example through email when there's a WIFI zone or something in that line.

Other applications cannot access files in File.DirInternal so you need to use the secondary storage (File.DirRootExternal or File.DirDefaultExternal).
