Android Question Disable Force Stop

I see some apps do not allow disabling or force stopping in Settings-App-info.
How can I implement this in B4A ?

Only admin enabled apps cannot be force stopped.

If the button is disabled for regular apps then it is likely that they are not running.

Ok. Cerberus app has a button option to enable admin. If you click it, then you no longer can force stop it.
I would like to obtain the same in my app.
