Keep in mind that iOS 11.0.2 is a 64bit environment. If you previously used 32bit - uninstall everything on the iPhone, follow the link above and try again - this worked for me. There is, however, a delay between accepting the install and the actual app running that you can only see the progress by pressing your home button and watching your apps icon. Hope this makes sense.
