Which of the Eclipse Versions is recommended to download to make the Libraries?
There appear to be several different options available on the Eclipse site.

I do not think it is important for the purposes of compiling libraries for B4x.

If you mean which of the Kepler packages on the download page to download then I use the 32-bit "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers, 151 MB". I don't see any need for the 64 bit versons in the IDE or Java itself.

I find it easier to download the 'adt bundle' from https://developer.android.com/sdk/index.html

Just extract all files from the downloaded archive to a new folder and you have an instant working Eclipse set up complete with latest ADT plugin.
