B4J Question Edit Pictures with Filters like Instagram

Hey,

for a birthday on Friday I want to something like a photo booth. Nothing big, only a camera on a screen and on a laptop to store the pictures directly. This works without any coding.

Now i am wondering if it would be possible to build a program that opens a picture and edit it, like the filters in instagram.

Is this even possible with B4J? Wanted to know this first before I try anything and it's wasted time
