Android Question Emulator not showing strings

Hi , using the emulator I cant see string characters, just some letter here and there, way to solve this?

Start with using a more recent Theme and upload a example project which shows the issue
Can you post your manifestcode?

Ive donwloded all via SDk and ADv windows, this image is from the Android Gallery, not need to install a project.

Try to go to the settings of you AVD (the ... dots)
Go Settings->Advanced
and select another renderer, try this settings:
