Is this possible ? Do we have a working example ? Files can be large . Or should I encrypt it (in B4J for example) before uploading ? Regrards

KMatle Expert Licensed User Longtime User Aug 2, 2019 #4 Use the search function and you'll find examples. AES-256 is perfect for that. Read the file, convert it to bytes, encrypt in B4x, upload it and decrypt whenever you need to. Use the Encryption lib. Upvote 0

MarkusR Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Aug 2, 2019 #5 you can upload the Encrypted files from b4a/b4j with lib okhttputils2. at server side you can store it in file system or database. the long blob field type in mysql can store 4 GB. with a virtual server hosting it should be possible to access a database direct via jRDC2. u have to balance pro and cons using files in a database.
