Android Question Encryption on Assets

Hi, Ive been a proud registered user for quite some time but haven't really needed to post on the forums.

Is there a way to encrypt assets of a game or application, i.e. if I have a PNG tile sheet with all my tiles is there a way for me to prevent this file from being opened from a graphics package - it would be nice to add a little protection for this.
