Android Question error in log window when I start the ide - 'libs.zip' used by another process

Nowadays, sometimes, I get below error in log window when I start the ide.
B4X: 
[IDE message - 11:11:17] 
An error occurred.
The process cannot access the file 'C:\Users\Anand\AppData\Roaming\Anywhere Software\Basic4android\libs.zip' because it is being used by another process.

I ignore it. Is it OK ?
