iOS Question Error: Unable to validate your application. (Solved)

hey Guys, I'm getting this error when uploading the ipa

B4X: 
Error: 2019-03-24 21:55:18.261 altool[18314:17035998] *** Error: Unable to validate your application. Please sign in with an app-specific password. You can create one at appleid.apple.com.

what is that: "Please sign in with an app-specific password. You can create one at appleid.apple.com"
can be the error because Apple now is asking for 2 factor authentication?
 
Solution
ahh solved

1) login onto apple account
2) Security-->App-Specific Passwords
3) Click: Generate Password
4) Add a name: example B4i then "click" create
5) Use the password to update your ipa using B4i tool
