iOS Question Error when running Firebase Notification on device

I'm trying to test Firebase Push Notification. I use a local Mac. I followed the tutorial step by step. On the simulator, the app is running and I can get notifications. If I try to install the app on iPhone 6 or iPad I get the following error message:

I did it again the whole process and same result. It's true that the new Apple account interface is changed but I do not think I'm wrong ...
if I put step-by-step screenshots of all operations, can you help me?
