Android Question Event side marker

Hi,
I want a notification when approaching a marker, i want the marker radius is 250 meter

The markers are actually stored to marker.kml

Possible with Google maps v2 - GoogleMapsExtras in MapFragment for creating and monitoring geofences

OK I found Geofence objects
second question how to read the title of a marker detect

in fact it does not work with my KML file. geofence detects my position marker well but not my KML positions. always need help can finally be someone to put me on the path
