I was just looking for an Arduino/ESP based microcontroller that does that, but I can't find an all in one. I've found an ESP32 with built in GPS and runs from an 18650 battery, but then you would have to add a separate SIM module. Your solution could use MQTT to send the GPS location to your phone/tablet (device) which would receive the Lon/Lat location the the ESP32 The problem is the above solution is that you would need 2 modules to do what you need. http://s.aliexpress.com/f6zuAb6v And http://s.aliexpress.com/qamMRVRV I can't find an all in one module.
