B4J Question Feeling a little lost (to say the least)

At first I thought, this program is great. I love the IDE. I love the seeming simplicity of it. But then...trying to do something really simple - create a list and add columns, and add rows. Should be simple. It is in Xojo. I've searched this forum, scanned the "documentation" ( a lot to be desired there), watched half a dozen or more videos by Erel, watched other 4-year old videos by the guy on YouTube. I would have thought that I could look under ListView in the docs and find "addColumn" or "addRow" or something. I can't even find the word "column" or "row" in the documentation. Ok, I did find the word "ColumnField" which is under "jReportWriter", whatever that is? I don't even know how to find what I'm looking for. Geeze. Where am I going wrong?
