Android Question File transfer to/from win 10 via bluetooth

Hi All,
can be communicate (how?) to the bluetooth file send / receive function built in windows 10?
I mean that:

I would like to avoid the need of installing any other file transfer program to win10.

I started to understand: maybe I don't need to make anything programatically (on android) since I can send file from windows to android by hand.
