R rtesluk Member Licensed User Longtime User Jan 11, 2012 #1 Jan 11 2012 05:30 Hourss I am using agraham's FileDialog with Fd.ShowOnlyFolders = True because I just want to select a folder. After selecting a folder the EDIT BOX does not show the selection which makes it confusing if you have selected a folder or not. So I added MsgBox2 to the code to allow the user to decide if the selected folder is the one that should have been selected. I have uploaded the zip file of the test project as well as some images of the process of selecting a folder. Is there any way to get the name into the EDIT BOX OR to hide the EDIT BOX? Any comments would be appreciated on this matter. Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User Jan 11, 2012 #3 I don't think that you will be able to hide or set the EditText as it is done inside the library. You may want to write a simple Activity with ListView to let the user choose a folder. It shouldn't be difficult. Upvote 0
