Hallo User
ich habe ich folgene Sub geschrieben, die mir als Function dienen soll:

Sub Convert (St As String) as String
Dim i As Int
For i = 1 To St.Length
St = St.Replace("(","ä")
St = ST.Replace(")","Ä")
St = St.Replace("_","ü")
St = ST.Replace("+","Ü")
St = ST.Replace("/","ö")
St = ST.Replace("*","Ö")
St = ST.Replace("!","ß")
Next
End Sub

fogener Aufruf functioniert aber nicht. (Beisp müsste "Ötztürk" ergeben)

Dim Beisp as string
Beisp = Convert("*tzt_rk")

Was ist falsch???

mit freundlichen Grüßen Rainer

In Deinem Code befinden sich mehrere Probleme:
- For i=1 To St.Lenght müsste For i=0 To St.Lenght-1 sein denn Buchstaben Indize in Strings fangen mit 0 an. Diese Zeil ist aber gar nicht nötig.
- St.Replace("(","ä") ersätzt Alle vorkommende "(" durch "ä", man braucht nicht alle Buchstaben durchzulaufen. Deshalb ist die For - Next Schlaufe unnütz.
- Es fehlt die Rückgabe Funktion mit Return St.

Beste Grüsse.

Hallo Klaus,
manchmal habe ich ein Brett vor dem Kopf.
Das mit der unnützen For/next schleife hätte ich wissen müssen.
Die Rückgabe in der Sub mit Return habe ich nun auch begriffen.
vielen Dank
mfg Rainer
