B4R Question Genarduino Micro not starting up as expected

I have a Sainsmart Mega 2560, a Genarduino Uno and a Genarduino Micro. All fun stuff. But the Micro is behaving a little different and I would like to know if it is expected or is a bug.

I use my frameworks code (serial command line interface) with the blink timer turned on by default.

On the Mega and Uno, the unit boots up and the pin 13 led starts blinking with or without a comport connected. On the micro nothing happens until I open the comport, right away or 3 days from now. If I reset, the same non startup happens on the micro and I have to open the com port to start it again.

edit: b4r 1.80, arduino ide 1.82

A good read. Thanks.

On another note, the serial port does not do a sketch reset when you re-open the port. That was an issue I was actively trying to work around.

I guess it's a feature.... :)
