So what I imagine; I know for a fact that I will be visiting an area where I will NOT have internet, so I visit this zone before hand in gmaps, and save it... then I can use this saved map offline. This is the basic operation in the browser based gmap app... I would like to use such approach with the b4x gmap lib... Upvote 0

I do not know any method for doing this with googlemaps library. Especially on how to provide offline-URLs for them. Please note that android googlemaps is very different from the web map.
