Google Analytics for Firebase version (70300000) does not match with Google App Measurement (70100000) version. Please update.

what do i need to update and from where do i need to update it? i have added the current local builder files from february.

unfortunately, the last time i compiled the project was 4 months ago, so i don't know.
these are my 2 firebase libraries i use:
