If I was aware of a method to call from the documentation I would use it. I am asking if any method or workaround is known to the community that will allow me to invoke the functionality provided by 'share my position' in the Google Maps app. As I have already stated I suspect the answer is no. I have been asked to look into it..... so I am just posing the question here to ensure there is nothing I may have missed.
