Is it possible to emulate this function in code using the API, substituting a manipulated position?

R RichardN Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 30, 2021 #3 @DM.... Me neither! I was referring to the Google Maps API..... perhaps exposing the functionality (if it is there) by a JavaObject method? The question is a bit of a longshot on my part and I suspect the answer is no however.... just asking! Upvote 0

R RichardN Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 30, 2021 #5 @DM I think you misunderstand the question. If I was aware of a method to call from the documentation I would use it. I am asking if any method or workaround is known to the community that will allow me to invoke the functionality provided by 'share my position' in the Google Maps app. As I have already stated I suspect the answer is no. I have been asked to look into it..... so I am just posing the question here to ensure there is nothing I may have missed. Upvote 0
