Only payment via google's payment option will be allowed. I believe that is what Cor is trying to highlight. Cheers! -Bill

It seems in app things like virtual currency etc. need to go through in app billing (Google seems to remove apps. from certain developers that don't comply) but goods can go through another one like for example Zooz. I think we will see the same policy as Apple in the end.
