Android Question Gps tablet / phone

I got this app that behaves oddly between my tablet / phone. Or it might be the difference in the OS.

Basically when I lock on a gps co-ordinate I stop the gps and open a webview using the co-ordinate. That's works great on both, the problem is when I update the gps ( using a button) the webview constantly reloads on the phone, but does not on the tablet ( loads just once) as I'd expect.

I'll post the .apk soon.

Tablet = Android 4.4.2
Phone = android 4.1.2

Add a global "flag" variable and use it to make sure that the webview is only reloaded once.

Thanks, I knew that.

It takes forever for my phone to acquire a gps signal. Maybe that's why it doesn't like letting go, lol.
