B4J Question HELLO WORLD WEB APP

I am still trying to get ANYTHING AT ALL to work under B4J.
So I start at the beginning, with a project Erel presented in 2014.
I get no errors having downloaded and run the sample app.

I get nothing

Nothing shows on the screen - no errors are flagged

Have I set up my B4J Incorrectly, do you think ?

This is the one that would not work - HOWEVER by some stroke of luck I have a Hello World App that works with examples for B4A, B4i and B4J
I guess we can consider my problem solved ?

Looking at the logs everything seems to be ok: your webserver is started! Now, while it is running, open your favorite webbrowser and go to http://localhost:51042 where port is the number you've set in main (I can't see that but by default it is probably 51042)

Maybe the firewall is blocking the traffic when you access the webserver from another device. Just open the port.
