There is also excellent real-time backup for software developers called
AJC Active Backup. You tell it which directories and which file types to monitor. When you save a file in a monitored directory (using B4X or any application), it will archive the file in the background. That means if you save the file 10 times a day, you will have 10 copies of the file. This will allow you to restore your files to any point in time.
